Willem Wamsteker Award » Award winner
The Organization has decided to give an award to the best poster of the Conference. Both LOC and SOC wish to honor the memory of Willem Wamsteker whose dedication and enthusiasm to UV Astronomy contributed significantly to the creation of a world-wide-web of UV astronomers. All posters presented by graduate students and young postsdocs will be eligible for the award. The winner was Marc Ziegler, from Institut für Astronomie und Astrophysik Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen Germany. Download full PDF here.
